PELADA OUZO

The distillation of Pelada Ouzo takes place in traditional copper alembics where natural ingredients of top quality are mixed giving us classy and special ouzo, light in flavor but with rich aroma and the unique after-taste of Chios mastic.

PELADA TSIPOURO

Pelada Tsipouro is created by placing our best selection of a variety of high quality grapes (Moschato Riou and Moschato Amvourgou) in traditional copper stills for fermentation that is then transitioned into stainless steel tanks, where it sits for a certain time period to produce an extra clean product with a balanced flavor and aroma.
